How long will the driver wait?

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting. After that, waiting is billed at the standard hourly rate of $40/hr. For pickups in the city, such as your home or hotel on the way to the airport, the first 5 minutes of waiting are free; after that the hourly rate applies.

What if my flight is early or delayed?

We track your flight, so your driver adjusts to the actual landing time. If your flight is delayed, you do not need to call us to move the booking. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked to another day, call or email us with the new details.

Late night and early morning arrivals

We run 24 hours a day. A flight landing after midnight costs the same as one landing at noon: there is no night, early-morning or holiday surcharge, 365 days a year. For example, the fare to the Halifax Peninsula is $72, tax included, at any hour.

Travelling with family, lots of luggage or a group

Our listed fares are for a sedan for up to 3 passengers. A group of 3 with a lot of luggage may need a bigger vehicle. An SUV or minivan costs extra, so call to discuss before you book. Tell us about car seats, skis, golf bags or anything else large when you book.

Booking a pickup for someone else

You can book a pickup for a parent, a guest or a student arriving on their own. Book in their name with their flight number, and tell them to go to the taxi booth in Arrivals and give their name. Many families book this way for international students arriving for the first time.
